Contractor Opens a New Commercial Project Division

Contractor has opened a new commercial project division to support the company’s growing portfolio of mixed-use developments, logistics facilities and municipal renovation work.

The new division combines estimators, site engineers and procurement staff into a single delivery team so schedules can be coordinated more closely from planning through handover.

According to the operations team, the change is intended to improve response times for clients that require phased construction, detailed site logistics and tighter reporting on milestones.
